He claims to be a "Talent Agent" operating out of a luxury casino. In reality, he is a predator operating out of a fantasy.
We have tracked Daniel John Moran III (aka Daniel Rumanos) from the dark corners of Reddit to the comments sections of children’s podcasts. We exposed his "Hebephile Pride" and his admission to targeting 12-year-olds.
Now, the delusion has reached a new, dangerous level. Moran has created a Yelp page for his fake grooming operation: Starlet Dreams Talent Agency.
The "Hard Rock" Lie
On Reddit, Moran boldly claimed:
"I run my business, Starlet Dreams Talent Agency (actress & model management) out of the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City."
Let’s be crystal clear: Daniel Moran does not have an office at the Hard Rock.
He is an unemployed man who was last seen walking down the side of the road in Essex, Maryland. He likely uses the "Hard Rock" location to impress vulnerable young women—"starlets"—into thinking he is a high-roller. It is a trap. He wants them to come to a casino hotel, not for a casting call, but for him.
The "Talent" He Is Looking For
Why does a man with active bench warrants and a history of stalking need a "Talent Agency"?
Look at his own words. On Reddit, under the name u/danielrumanosscifi, he described his preferences as "Young, smooth, and tight" . He defended a 47-year-old man dating a 13-year-old as a "gentleman".
"Starlet Dreams" is not about finding the next Meryl Streep. It is a grooming front designed to give him access to the "young" victims he openly craves. He posts creepy "introductions" for models like "Tamara" on his Substack to make the agency look real, but it is nothing more than a digital lure for a predator.
Action Required: Burn It Down
This Yelp page is a public safety hazard. It gives his predatory front a veneer of legitimacy. A teenager searching for "acting jobs in Atlantic City" could stumble upon this page and think she is contacting a professional. Instead, she would be contacting Mershmallow—a dangerous, delusional incel.
We need to flag this page into oblivion.

- The Reason: Inform Yelp that this is a fake agency run by a man with a documented history of stalking and harassment, utilizing a false address (Hard Rock Hotel) to lure victims.
Daniel, you can put your fake business on Yelp, but you can’t get 5 stars in "Not Being a Creep." The community is watching, and we are shutting you down.
