He thinks a threatening email will stop us. He forgot that the truth is an absolute defense.
Daniel John Moran III (aka Daniel Rumanos, aka "Mershmallow") has finally realized that hitting the refresh button isn't working. His fake Yelp reviews are getting flagged. His "Starlet Dreams" agency has been exposed as a grooming front. His admission to targeting 12-year-olds is public record.
So, he did what every cornered narcissist does: He pretended to be a lawyer.
We received the following email from him today. Read it and laugh:

"This message serves as formal notice that you must immediately cease and desist from any and all forms of defamation of my character. This includes but is not limited to your blog, posts on Yelp, YouTube, and other forums, emails sent to my associates, and all other forms of communication.
Your actions are unwelcome and have caused distress to members of my family and business associates. Any further such actions from you will be documented and will result in legal action without further notice.

Point #1: You Cannot Defame the Truth
Daniel, let’s have a quick legal lesson. Defamation requires the statement to be false.
Is it false that you have an active bench warrant (Case #5B02467085) in Baltimore? No. We posted the court record.
Is it false that you admitted on Reddit to dating a "12-year-old middle school cheerleader"? No. We posted the screenshot of your own words.
Is it false that "Starlet Dreams" is a fake agency with no office at the Hard Rock? No. We verified it.
We aren't defaming you. We are quoting you. You destroyed your own character when you decided to defend pedophilia and stalk women. We are just holding up the mirror.
Point #2: What "Business Associates"?
You claim we are causing distress to your "business associates."
Who? The imaginary staff of your fake agency? The chatbots you use to write your "disgusting sci-fi"? The teenagers you harass on Reddit?
You have no business. You have no associates. You are an unemployed man living in filthy room. The only "business" you have is a grooming operation that we are successfully deplatforming from Yelp.
Point #3: The "New York" Lie
You signed the email "New York, NY."
Nice try. We know you are in Maryland. Signing your email "New York" is just another sad attempt to sound like the "High Roller" you will never be. You aren't in a Manhattan penthouse; you are likely using the Wi-Fi at the Royal Farms.
The Reality Check
You are the sex pest. You are the slanderer who leaves fake 1-star reviews on your victims' workplaces. You are the one in legal trouble.
We have the right to warn the community about a dangerous public figure. We have the right to publish public records (like your warrant).
We can legally tell you to cease and desist your harassment. You cannot silence the truth, incel.
Save your "legal action" threats for the judge you’re running from. We aren't stopping.
